This condominium development, located north of Lake Union in Seattle on a Department of Ecology clean up site, began construction just as the real estate market for luxury condominiums was slowing in the summer of 2001.

Construction of a spectacular remote sales presentation center helped capture the excitement of the development for potential buyers and created an early "buzz" among realtors. A program of special parties and neighborhood oriented activities kept buyers coming back, sampling their new lifestyle in the months before occupancy.
Over 30% of the condominiums were sold six months prior to occupancy. Upon completion, a consistent advertising and targeted direct mail campaign has generated overwhelming buyer interest, making this community a solid marketing success.
